If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact customer service toll free at (888) 905-4INK (4465) within sixty (60) days of purchase for a replacement product.

All replacements will be shipped out upon request at the earliest possible time. Replacement products will be charged at normal product and shipping rates and a return RMA will be issued for you to return the unsatisfactory product back to us free of charge. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will credit your credit card for the full amount of the replacement product and replacement product shipping charges.
