Americans consume enough printer cartridges each day to completely cover the playing surface at Chicago’s Soldier Field – that’s nearly 1 million cartridges! By the end of the year, the pile in Soldier Field would be over 30 feet deep! Sorry football fans, since a printer cartridge can take over 450 years to decompose, you won’t be seeing the home team play there again any time soon.
